Return Policy

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging with all labels attached, and you need your proof of purchase.

How to Return

Email us at gadgetlyweb@gmail.com to start your return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and clear instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. 

Inspect Upon Delivery

Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions
Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

EU Legal Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days without giving a reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
